Varsity Football Team Dominates, Again.

October 5th, 2008

Our Varsity Football Team defeated Rejoice Christian 46-14 at our Homecoming game on Friday night.  It was a wonderful night with the largest crowd to ever watch a DCS home football game.  I want to thank everyone for their tremendous support.

Also, doesn’t the scoreboard look great?  Tonya Harris and Jim Barr painted and relettered the scoreboard last week.

JH Volleyball Takes 3rd Place at State

October 5th, 2008

The JH Volleyball Team traveled to Tulsa this weekend to compete in the OCSAA JH Volleyball Tournament.  Our young squad finished in 3rd place.  That is quite an accomplishment since our JH team has very few 8th graders on it.  Coaches Haley Meyer and Brooke Taron have done a great job with these girls and we are very excited about the future with these girls.

Our Varsity Volleyball team will compete in the OCSAA Varsity Tournament this weekend at our gym.  Come out and support them as the compete in State.  The tournament starts on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
