Jim & Dianna Howard, Superintendents
Jim & Dianna Howard have been leading Mid-Del Christian/Destiny Christian School since the second year of the school's existence in 1982. Their educational leadership for more than 30 years has provided great stability to the school, growing from 80 students to now over 600. The Howards provide a wealth of knowledge from their previous experience in Christian education in Oklahoma and Kentucky, as well as years of experience with our school and as consultants with many Christian schools across the United States. Mr. Howard holds a Masters of Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and serves as the superintendent of DCS. Mrs. Howard holds both a Theology degree from Holmes Theological Seminary and an Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and serves as the Business Administrator.
